booking terms

  • - All bookings to be made via email.

    - Any bookings made through any other method will still be liable to the booking terms below.

  • - All invoices will be sent by Adam within 7 days of the last day worked on the job.

    - Invoices will be paid within 30 days unless otherwise agreed by both Adam & the client.

  • - Any bookings cancelled or rescheduled within 24 working hours of the scheduled call time will be subject to full payment.
    (Friday for a Monday booking)

  • - A ‘Day’ is regarded as an 8‑hour period, which includes time for set up, a lunch break and pack down.

    - Any work extending beyond these 8 hours must be agreed in advance of the booking and will incur an overtime rate.

  • - Any dates regarding image deliverables must be agreed upon prior to booking so they fit both Adam’s schedule and the client’s needs.

    - Images will be delivered via an online gallery, download link, or other agreed method.

    - RAW/unedited files are not included unless specifically stated in writing.

  • - Adam retains copyright to all images unless otherwise agreed in writing.

    - The client receives a personal or commercial usage licence as specified in the agreement.

    - Images may not be altered, filtered, sold, or submitted to competitions without permission where applicable.

    - Adam may use images from the session for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

    - Any privacy restrictions should be agreed before the session.
